  • Built an approval-gated procurement system (106 nodes) that calculates supplier-level reorder quantities from stock, sales velocity, reorder points, lead times, MOQs, and order multiples, routes spend-capped proposals through Slack approval, then creates verified BigSeller purchase orders and dispatches branded PDFs to suppliers over WhatsApp.
  • Developed a daily negative-margin monitoring system across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop that audits settled orders, deduplicates open cases, and creates tasks, alerts, and audit logs in Supabase, surfacing loss-making SKUs manual settlement review had been missing.
  • Built production n8n automations for marketplace operations, including Shopee and Lazada competitor-price intelligence with BigQuery caching, API enrichment, and normalized outputs.
  • Automated BigSeller inventory exports across warehouse workflows by triggering and polling jobs, downloading and transforming XLSX files, and synchronizing clean snapshots to BigQuery and Google Sheets.
  • Designed reusable API and webhook orchestration patterns for scheduled commerce operations, reducing manual handoffs and improving reporting consistency across teams.
